Welcome to our Store, A1 Nile Papyrus, offering several different kinds
of Egyptian crafts. We offer authentic, high quality, products made in
Egypt by skilled artisans. Please enjoy looking at our products and
interesting information pages.

FOR RETURNS:
email us at returns@a1-nile-papyrus.biz and we will send you a RMS# and a shipping address. Shipping fees are not refundable.
POLICY:
- Before returning a product, clients are required to contact A1 Nile Papyrus by email in order to establish return modalities.
- All claims and/or returns must be approved and made no later then 15 days after receipt of order.
- Personalized items are not refundable.
- Merchandise returns for reasons other then our error are subject to 20% handling charge.
- All returned merchandise must be in its original box.
- No returns of worn (i.e. clothing) items acceptable.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
- Special/custom orders require a minimum order of 50 PCs in addition to a 50% deposit prior to order. Lead times will be
provided for special orders on a case-by-case basis. These orders must have preapproval via email before we can accept
an order. Once the order has been placed, the 50% deposit must have cleared and the remaining funds be in our account
prior to shipping. The shipping agent is at our discretion. Orders originating in certain countries may be refused.
